It's all about secure accounts and data protection

In essence, these two PCs and Yvette's laptop were set to securely allow only the nominated operator access the company's files and to do their work using permissions allocated on a individual level. As the company no longer operates these individual accounts have closed.

If you want to use them, you will need to create an account with Microsoft.

Jay's PC has a minimal security and privilege setting and so it can be used by anyone wish to operate and print anything.

Jan's PC is locked for his use only of course.
